As a medium-sized studio working under a single owner/director, we have a flat organization, so no time gets wasted on bureaucracy. Our projects are usually tackled by small, dedicated, close-knit teams. We don’t have account managers. All clients work direct with the designer – the person the client contacts to discuss any issues that may arise.

Our approach is typified by openness and accessibility. Contacts are informal and direct. As we aim to build long-lasting relationships, we get closely involved with our clients. This is especially important for larger and more complex assignments, as it enables us to act as sparring partners and advisors.
